  3. My family LOVES 1776! Our youngest grew up on it.

You know you’ve seen 1776 too often when…

I had a severe allergic reaction and went into anaphylactic shock. The EMT got to me within minutes of too late. As I collapsed onto the floor, I thought–yes, I really, really did–“I leave you a divided Delaware.” lol!

    • Hi Marian, Love that line, too. I grew up in Delaware. 🙂 Cheers and Happy Independence Day, Ashley

  4. Oh wow! You know, my music director, Phil, was in the Broadway production. I will have to check it out and see if he’s in the movie, too! Great recommendation. I didn’t know they made it into a movie.

    Happy Fourth!

    • Hi Kara, I read somewhere that they used many of the actors from the Broadway show. Your music director may be in the film. Cheers and Happy Independence Day, Ashley
