Favorite Tip #13: Three Ample Splashes

Favorite Tip #13:

1.  For a big pot of spaghetti, add three ample splashes of Amontillado, for its nutty flavor.

2.  For a vegetable casserole, including green beans, add three ample splashes of dry sherry.

3.  For turkey gravy, add three ample splashes of Madeira wine.

  2. Yeah, Amontillado sherry works well with almost any recipe that calls for Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup. Once you try that holiday favorite Green Bean Casserole with Amontillado, you’ll never make it again without it.
