Favorite Tip #18: 2012 Goals

Favorite Tip #18:

When setting your 2012 goals, be sure to set daily goals such as write for an hour or eat five vegetables and three fruits or do thirty minutes of aerobics or contact one friend you haven’t been in touch with for a few months. Then, when life strikes–like the cold I caught this week–you can get right back on track the very next day.

  3. Good tip, Ashley. I’d like to keep in closer contact with a few of my friends and I really would like to kick myself in the arse so that I’ll follow through with that resolution.
