Book Recommendation: For Writers – Mireille Guiliano

Type:  Restoring balance, quality, and pleasure

Author:  Mireille Guiliano

Title:  “French Women Don’t Get Fat”

Why:  I read “French Women Don’t Get Fat” to assist with health goals, but discovered the wisdom in this little book applied even more to writing goals.

  2. I’ll have to take a look at it, Ashley. I thought it was a diet book.

    • Hi Louise, In recent months, the struggle to stick with writing goals is looking more like the struggle with diet and execise goals–all so negative. The reason I like this book for writers is that the approach puts pleasure back into the process. So technically, yes, this is a diet book, but it can also be used as a great approach to writing.
