Favorite Tip #21: Water

Favorite Tip #21:

For good skin, drink a glass of water first thing in the morning and another last thing at night.



  1. I drink water all day long. But I really enjoy that first glass right after I wake up.

  2. I don’t drink enough water. I need to add more to my day. too bad because I hate it. LOL

    • Hi Louise, Adding a squeeze of lemon or lime juice might help with the taste. Also, herbal teas help, too. Cheers, Ashley
