Factoid #24: Wee Machines

Factoid #24:

MEMS stands for microelectromechanical systems. These tiny machines can be as small as about 20 millionths of a meter.

NEMS stands for nanoelectromechanical systems. Now, we’re talking about devices on the order of a billionth of a meter in size.
