Favorite Tip #31: Pizza Dough

Favorite Tip #31:

Instead of making pizza dough from scratch, buy ready-to-be-cooked dough from your favorite, local Italian restaurant. I tried this tip today, expected blank stares, but it worked. The dough should be stored in your refrigerator and used promptly, due to the yeast.

Note: Some of the dough purchased today is in my freezer for an experiment. I’ll let you know if it works for making flatbread pizza.
