Favorite Tip #32: Frozen Pizza Dough

Favorite Tip #32:

The great frozen-pizza-dough experiment from last week worked–for making flatbread pizza.

Note:  It worked better when the flatbread was cooked at 400 degrees for 10 minutes prior to adding the toppings (20-30 minutes for the total cooking time depending on the toppings used).
