Easy Recipe:  Nuked Chips

Step 1   Slice potato, sweet potato, or any root vegetable into very thin chips. Spread in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle every slice with BBQ dry rub, parmesan, or any other favorite seasoning powder or salt.

Step 2   Microwave until lightly brown. This could take anywhere from two to nine minutes, depending on your microwave. To avoid burning, be sure to keep a close eye while the chips are cooking. Cool the chips on a raised cooling rack.

Note: This recipe took several practice runs to get the chips to come out crispy. So be prepared to play with this recipe a bit.

Enjoy these no-oil, guilt-free chips.
