Question of the Week #29:

What is your favorite tip for getting a good night’s sleep?

My two cents (but please share yours):

My tip is to eat a piece of cheese right before going to bed.


  1. Work hard and play hard during the day, treat others well, and have no regrets makes for a good night’s sleep.

  2. Jolyse has wonderful advice. I had no idea cheese would make you sleep. Maybe I’m immune since I eat so much of it. LOL I love cheese. I rarely have trouble sleeping (maybe it’s from all the cheese!), but when I do hot green tea works for me. 🙂

  4. for me it’s about the mattress and pillow. if they’re not right, I don’t sleep well.

  5. For me it’s earplugs. I am such a light sleeper. I didn’t start using them until a few years ago and they’ve made a huge difference in how long I sleep.
