Favorite Tip #37: Drink Spicy

Favorite Tip #37:

If you’re craving something savory, add 1-3 teaspoons of herbs and/or spices to your sweet smoothie, fruit juice, or sparkling water.

My two cents (but please share yours):

I loved adding curry and coriander powders to a mango-and-yogurt smoothie. This concoction kept me out of the BBQ potato chips one night. Enjoy.



  1. Sounds interesting, being low carb I was relying on spicy pork rinds but haven’t had many lately! Bet it would yummy to add curry powder to the zuke strips (toss in oil then parmesan cheese, bake until yummy)
