Favorite Tip #44: Thick and Creamy

To make a sauce thick and creamy without using whipping cream, whisk 1T cornstarch into 1/2 c yogurt. This will help reduce the lumps. Then whisk the yogurt mixture into your sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce is your desired thickness.
