Chocolate isn’t just for sweets. Add a little dark chocolate to savory sauces, especially for interior Mexican and India fusion recipes. Enjoy.

  2. I’ve seen chocolate in a few recipes but have never tried it. sounds good.

    • Hi Louise, Chocolate adds a deep flavor to many sauces that’s similar to ground coffee. Cheers, Ashley
