Favorite Tip #65: Salad Sauce

Instead of putting all of your salad ingredients in a bowl, put them into a food processor and blend until smooth. If the salad sauce is too thick, add a little water, plain yogurt, or broth and blend a bit more. Pour the sauce over chicken or fish. This sauce can also work as a chilled soup. Be sure to use lots of your favorite herbs and spices. Enjoy.
