Question of the Week #28 – 2013: Health

What is your favorite healthy, cold beverage for summer?

My two cents (but please share yours):

My new favorite is peppermint water. I put fresh peppermint leaves in cold water, muddle a bit, and let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour, until the drink’s nice and minty. Sometimes, I add a lemon slice, too.


  1. I’ll have to try that. I’ve also made sun tea from peppermint leaves.
