Favorite Tip #75: Demi-glace

For a savory twist, add 1t of demi-glace–beef, chicken, veal, or vegetarian–to dressings for salads, marinades for meats and vegetables, and dipping oils for breads and crudités. Of course, 1T of demi-glace still adds lots of flavor to sauces, soups, and stews. Enjoy.
