Favorite Tip #77: Reset-Button Schedules

Set up a daily schedule. Be sure to include a time slot for working on each goal you wish to achieve. And never stress over drifting off your plan or allowing a goal to fall through the cracks. Just start fresh the next morning by hitting your reset button.

  1. Great advice! Is the reset button the same as the sleep button? I hit that several times every morning…

    • Sure, CJ, as long as you only hit the button a maximum of three times in a row with no more than five picoseconds between each hit. 🙂 Cheers, Ashley
