Favorite Tip #83: Sauce Thickeners

Instead of thickening a sauce with flour or cornstarch, try thoroughly grinding and substituting flaxseed, oatmeal, quinoa, or nuts. I also tried using a couple of tablespoons of ground mild spices, but that didn’t work so well. Enjoy.
