Superfood of the Week – Dark Chocolate

What is your favorite recipe that uses this food?

My two cents (but please share yours):

Oh dark chocolate, how do I love thee? Let me count the endless ways.

But my absolute favorite way to enjoy this superfood is to take precooked puff-pastry toppers from the freezer, split them in half with a knife, fill with dark-chocolate morsels, and melt for about 20 seconds in the microwave. Be careful to watch while they nuke. These yummy treats burn easily.

  1. I don’t bake with it but I eat a Hershey bar with almonds almost every day!
