What is the Ninth Amendment of the US Constitution?

My two cents (but please share yours):

Occasionally, someone asks how we know where to draw the lines for what is too much control and what is too little control by the government. In the U. S., the answer is easy. Both thresholds of freedom are clearly defined in the US Constitution. This is why this document is so important, and why changing it must continue to be difficult.

Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
