Question of the Week #36 – 2014

What are two health improvements you can make between now and December 31, 2014?

My two cents (but please share yours):

Think of this as a challenge. And please share.

This summer, I worked on reducing salt and sugar–made some progress, especially with the late-evening cravings. This fall, my goals are to reduce the creamy stuff, except for yogurt-based dishes, and up, up, up the veggies. I struggle to drag these onto my plate.
