Superfood of the Week – Cranberries

What is your favorite recipe that uses this food?

My two cents, but please share yours:

I love cranberries!

Take 3T of cranberry sauce and mix it into a single serving of herb stuffing. Then cook the stuffing mixture as you normally would for Thanksgiving. Also for a taste of fall, substitute cranberry juice for lemon juice in your favorite sauces and salad dressings and vinaigrettes. I’ve even substituted cranberry juice for lime juice in some Tex-Mex and Thai dishes.

As always, play with your food. Experiment. Enjoy.
