Superfood of the Week – Pumpkin Seeds

Superfood of the Week – Pumpkin Seeds

What is your favorite recipe that uses this food?

My two cents, but please share yours:

Pumpkin seeds can be purchased without the shells and sprinkled on top of salads, just before adding the salad dressing. They can also be heated slightly in the microwave and sprinkled with a pinch of salt as a cure for the munchies. Enjoy.

    • Absolutely yummy, CJ! 🙂 Cheers, Ashley

  2. I have a scone recipe that uses pumpkin seeds and cranraisins. Yum

    • The scone sound really good, Linda, but I do have a question. What is a “cranraisin?” Is this a dried cranberry? Cheers, Ashley

      • Yep, it’s a dried cranberry:D

      • Thank you so much, Linda. Cheers, Ashley
