Picoblog Question – 2015 – Post #24

If you don’t have an ice cream machine, how can you still make ice cream?

My two cents, but please share yours:

Whisk up your ice cream liquid mixture in your desired flavor, pour it into a freezer-safe bowl, and put it into the freezer for five minutes. Take the bowl out, stir, and gently scrape down the inside bowl wall with a spoon. Put the bowl back in for another five minutes. Repeat these last steps until the ice cream is firm but not hard. Enjoy.
