Picoblog Question – 2015 – Post #68

How can a leader unify a group of people?

My two cents, but please share yours:

The easiest way is to give them a common goal or a common opponent. Are there any other ways?

  1. I agree with you here. Unfortunately, it seems that a common enemy is the easier route in this day and age. Sometimes I think we are threatening our own existence in order to ultimately unite us. (See where my mind goes with this stuff!)

    • We need more positive goals, D. Wallace, such as putting a man on the moon. But these goals require considerable thought. Cheers, Ashley
