What is the first step in fixing any problem?

My two cents, but please share yours:

Be sure to first get a solid eight hours of sleep.

  1. Solid 8 hours? I don’t know what that looks like. If I’m ever in bed for 8 hours, I probably get 5 to 6 hours of sleep.
