What is the coolest cooking tip you are planning to try out?

My two cents, but please share yours:

I just learned about cauliflower pizza crust. After microwaving and ricing 3c frozen cauliflower florets, wring out as much liquid from the cauliflower as possible with a very clean towel. (That’s the big tip.)

Dump the cauliflower “rice” into a bowl and mix with a splash of egg whites and a couple of handfuls of grated cheese (parmesan, mozzarella, sharp cheddar, Swiss, and/or any other flavor). Add 2-3t of your preferred dried herbs and spices, turn out onto a nonstick baking sheet, and press into a thin pizza crust.

Bake at 400 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes or so, until the crust is firm and golden. Add all desired toppings and bake until bubbly and melty. Top with shredded fresh herbs, if you like. Slice. Serve. And enjoy.
