Book Corner – 2017 – Post #6

What are you currently reading?

My two cents, but please share yours:

For fiction, I’ve been reading The Thing About Love by Julie James, a lovely bit of romantic fluff, light and fun.

For nonfiction, I’m still working on Dialogue: The Art of Verbal Action for the Page, Stage, and Screen by Robert McKee.

  1. At the moment I’m reading “The Other Jerome K. Jerome”, a selection of works from Jerome K. Jerome. Since I enjoyed “Three Men in a Boat” so much, it’s a pleasure to read more bits from this author, some autobiographical.

Also, “Knitting Without Tears” by Elizabeth Zimmermann. I’m not a knitter, although I’ve made a number of sweaters, hats, and scarves. Alas, this book had not been written when I needed it! 😉

    • Sweaters, hats, and scarves plural, Aunt Mary? I think you may qualify as a knitter after all. 🙂 Cheers, Ashley
