Foodie Corner – 2017 – Post #10 – Thanksgiving Ravioli

What else can one do with Thanksgiving dinner leftovers?

My two cents, but please share yours:

Take 12 wonton wrappers to make 6 ravioli.

Place a roughly half-inch cube of Thanksgiving turkey and an equal portion of stuffing in the center of one wrapper. With your forefinger, brush cool water around the perimeter of this wrapper (same side as the filling) and around the edge of a second wrapper that will be the ravioli’s cover. Place the wrappers together, matching wet side to wet side. Press to seal. Repeat these steps until you have 6 ravioli.

Sauté the ravioli in butter until golden brown and slightly crispy. Drizzle warm turkey gravy over the ravioli and serve garnished with leftover cranberry sauce. Enjoy.
