Foodie Corner – 2020 – Post #3 – Hot Fill-in-the-Blank Dip

What is an easy-to-make hot dip?

My two cents, but please share yours:

Hot Fill-in-the-Blank Dip:

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1/2c Sour cream
  • 1/2c Mayonnaise
  • 2c Fill-in-the-Blank (shredded meat, artichoke hearts, corn kernels, etc. – play with this)
  • 2c Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, spicy-taco cheese blend, etc. – play with this, too)
  • 1/2c Optional sauce (marinara, salsa, etc. or none at all)
  • 2T Any preferred combination of herbs and spices

Mix all of the ingredients. Bake in a casserole dish at 350 degrees F for roughly 20 minutes, until all is toasty and bubbly and slightly brown on top. Serve.
