Factoid #41: Nanohorn

Nanohorns are similar to single-walled carbon nanotubes, except they are shaped like empty ice-cream cones, capped at the narrow end. Nanohorns are typically 50 nanometers long and have many possible applications, including fuel cells, drug delivery, and biosensors.
