  1. I was quite surprised to read this post as I thought winter began *next week* – like on the 21st. I sure hope it will be a cozy day, but the forecast for next week is for *colder*. I keep the heat turned down, so it will be chilly in my house. If the wind stays calm I’ll fire up the woodstove. *That* will be cozy. 🙂

    • Hi Aunt Mary, I have a tendency to be early with my holidays, knowing I’m sometimes late with my posts–like today, which is not my usual Wednesday posting day. 🙂 The arctic front has just moved through North Texas in the last two hours, and it’s getting really chilly.
