If you’re feeling sleepy in the afternoon, check out the protein-to-carbohydrate ratio of your lunch.
To be more alert, eat extra protein (as well as a side of liquid caffeine) and fewer carbs.
To be sleepy at bedtime, eat more carbs (as well as a dash of dairy) and less protein at dinner.
Makes perfect sense.
